Follow an author: get their new publications by email
On the author search page, once you have confirmed the right person, choose “Follow this author”. You'll get a weekly email when that researcher publishes something new — only work that appears after you start following, never their back catalogue. Free membership covers 1 author, Pro covers 10.

Re-check a saved bibliography with one click
Every saved bibliography report now has a “Re-check” button. The same list is verified again and you only see WHAT CHANGED: sources retracted since your last check, entries that can now be verified, and corrected record details. Built for people who return to the same bibliography for months while writing a thesis.

Your saved bibliography is watched for retractions
Every bibliography you save to your account is now quietly monitored: if one of its sources is retracted later, we email you. Your citation style, your institution's custom reference format and your target journal are also remembered, so you don't retype them each visit.

Education research can now be verified (ERIC)
Most education journals don't use DOIs, so their articles were missing from the major indexes and were unfairly marked “unverified”. We now also query ERIC (U.S. Department of Education), so articles in journals like TOJET are verified.

Better results for Turkish books, protection against wrong DOIs
Turkish books from publishers with plain names are now also searched in the national union catalogue (TO-KAT). And when an index returns the right title with the WRONG DOI, we detect it and keep that DOI out of your corrected reference — a wrong DOI is worse than a missing one.

Web of Science indexing shown in Journal Verify
You can now see whether a journal is covered by Web of Science indexes (SCI-E, SSCI, ESCI…) directly in the results, and filter by these criteria in the journal finder.
