1. Digital Content & Immediate Access
By upgrading to the Pro Plan, you acknowledge and agree that you receive immediate digital delivery and consumption of the service. Therefore, all sales are generally final, and we do not offer generic refunds or prorated billing cycles for partial months.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our users' satisfaction. Refunds may be granted strictly under the following conditions:
- Technical Defect: If a confirmed technical system bug prevents you from using the platform after payment, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
- Double Billing: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription cycle due to a payment gateway error.
3. How to Request a Refund
All payments and billing actions are securely handled via our global payment partner and Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy. To request a review of your case, please email us at support@referenceverify.com within 14 days of the transaction, providing your account email and LemonSqueezy order ID.
