What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?
Your allowance renews on the 1st of each month. If you regularly need more, move up a tier: Pro covers 750 references a month (about 19 full bibliographies), Max 3,000. The thesis pack is a one-off 250 references over 7 days. There is no per-search cap on paid plans, so a single long bibliography is never split. Journal check, evidence finder, formatting and the other tools stay unlimited on paid plans.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes — your membership renews automatically each month or year so your access never lapses. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
Can I get a refund?

Will I get an invoice?
Yes — your receipt/invoice is issued automatically after payment and emailed to you.
